Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We always strive to deliver your handcrafted buffalo leather goods to you in the fastest time possible and in pristine condition. Our handmade leather products are crafted fresh or quality-inspected prior to dispatch. Order processing takes between 12 to 24 hours from payment verification.

For paid shipping orders, the cutoff time is 2:00 PM; orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping Methods & Tentative Timelines

• Free Shipping: 4–7 working days (Available on prepaid orders).
• Express Shipping: 3–5 working days.
• Priority Express (Metro Cities - Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai): 2–3 days. Note: Priority Express is not applicable for bulk orders exceeding 3 bags or 2 butterfly chairs due to higher volumetric weight constraints.

Fresh Batch Crafting Disclaimer

To ensure you receive fresh, premium-grade leather goods without prolonged warehouse shelf-aging, select items are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. Actual delivery times may vary due to unexpected logistical conditions or courier delays.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

Mad Leather ships globally, reaching remote parts of the world within 5–10 business days. Delivery timeframes are indicative, and remote regions in Europe and North America may experience occasional transit or carrier delays.

• US Customers: Merchandise imports valued up to $800 per person per day are exempt from duties and taxes.
• Australian Customers: Goods under AUD 1,000 are exempt from duties and associated charges.
• EU & Non-EU Customers: Shipments may be subjected to local import fees, VAT, and clearance taxes upon arrival. Bulk orders are especially likely to cross local exemption thresholds. Mad Leather does not accept responsibility for local import taxes or customs clearance delays.

Late Deliveries

In the event of a transit delay, we will coordinate vigorously with our courier partners. However, unless your order was dispatched late from our warehouse, Mad Leather cannot accept liability or offer shipping refunds for third-party courier delays or customs clearance bottlenecks.
