Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy lasts strictly 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and we do not accept returns for personalized or custom orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Product returns will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever.
• Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will be considered damage caused by use of the product. Manufacturing defects must be brought to notice within 24 hours of delivery itself to be considered for free return eligibility.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, wrong, or broken upon arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Mad Leather reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Nature of Handcrafted Leather & Natural Variations

We sell genuine handcrafted leather goods. A 5-10% natural variation in leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, a difference in thread color, and minor uneven leather cuts can be present in our products due to human craftsmanship and natural hide differences. We do not count these natural traits as manufacturing defects, and we do not offer free returns for such variations.

Leather butterfly chairs require basic assembly knowledge as they are DIY products. For issues occurring while assembling the chair, we do not offer free returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Strict Policy on Customization & Color Standards

All customized, bespoke, or made-to-order products involving individualized specifications, dimensions, or custom color shades are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable under any circumstances once production commences. Natural leather materials absorb dyes uniquely, and visual perception varies under different lighting. Unverified personal preferences without an official technical standard (such as a Pantone code) do not constitute grounds for claims of color discrepancy or product defect.

Refunds & Order Cancellation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will automatically be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Orders may be canceled via email as long as they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse facility.
