Are Mad Leather products made of genuine leather?
Yes, absolutely. Every piece is meticulously handcrafted from premium, full-grain buffalo hide, curated to offer deep bronze finishes, rich character, and legacy endurance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all secure digital payments processed through certified gateways including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. Please note that we strictly do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 12–24 hours. For domestic orders within India, Free Shipping takes 4–7 working days, Express Shipping takes 3–5 working days, and Priority Express for metro cities takes 2–3 working days. International delivery globally takes 5–10 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within strictly 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unpersonalized, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Are customized or made-to-order products returnable?
No. All customized, bespoke, or made-to-order items involving individualized specifications, custom sizing, or color adjustments are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production commences.
Where are your products crafted and dispatched from?
All our genuine leather products are 100% handcrafted and dispatched directly from our official corporate headquarters located in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
